The acquisition is expected to be completed by early summer 2024, subject to customary closing conditions. Following the integration, RSS.com plans to launch several initiatives aimed at enhancing the podcasting experience for creators and listeners throughout Latin America. Among these is the live-to-podcast technology demonstrated first in Podcon MX (Mexico City) in November 2023. Using the Podcasting 2.0 Live Item Tag (LIT) sessions of Podcon MX were broadcast in real time, and in multiple languages, to Podcasting 2.0 enabled apps in a world first.
