Dr Kovi explains, “Vaginal odour can be caused by imbalances in vaginal flora, infections like bacterial vaginosis or trichomoniasis, poor hygiene, or forgotten tampons, among other factors. Hormonal changes, dietary habits, and certain medications can also influence vaginal odour.”
